He is an experienced and highly regarded coach, facilitator and trainer. His clients run the gamut of local, regional, national and international public and private sector and not-for-profit organizations. Derk has coached, advised and trained business owners, nonprofit directors and managers and executives throughout the United States, Pacific Rim, Europe, Middle East, and Central and South America.  Derk holds two advanced degrees (MBA and MSc. Mgt), and is a licensed certified advanced professional business coach (LCAPBC). He is an active member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA).

Roger produces documentaries, documonials (customer tesitomials with a story), short animations, and other education video's. Roger has a background in sales and engineering, marketing, video production, website publishing, and broadband technologies.
